These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our application and related services ("Application") by you, the user ("you", "your"). By using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have your legal guardian's consent to use this Application in accordance with Polish and EU law.

2. GDPR and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the Polish Act on Personal Data Protection of May 10, 2018.

3. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Application
Upload or distribute harmful content

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content solely to operate and improve the Application.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Application but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Application at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid for using the Application in the past 12 months

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. We will notify you of changes via the Application or email. Continued use after changes become effective implies your acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Malbork, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
